Location. The Villas Playitas are located in Las Playitas, Fuerteventura, Spain. The town of Gran Tarajal is five kilometres away and Oasis Park, with its botanical gardens and zoo, is 20 kilometres away.
Hotel Features. The Villas Playitas are part of the Playitas Grand resort, and are situated on the northern slope of the bay, surrounded by palm trees and offering views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a swimming pool and gym, Internet access is available for a surcharge, and parking is free.
Buffet Bahia Grande serves international dishes from an extensive buffet, and features show cooking for breakfast and dinner. La Bodega serves traditional Spanish dishes and tapas, and Da Luigi is an Italian trattoria, offering sea views. Cocktails are served at Bar Ramblas, on the resorts' main thoroughfare.
Kayaks are available for exploring the bay and complimentary diving courses can be taken by beginners in the outdoor swimming pool. A catamaran and windsurfing team are available for teaching guests to sail or windsurf. Mountain and racing bikes can be hired for exploring more of the island. There are also tennis and volleyball courts, a mini-golf course, an 18-hole golf course, a fitness centre, and boccia (bowls) lanes.
Villas. There are 24 air-conditioned villas at Villas Playitas. The villas have modern decor, with wood furniture and terracotta-style floor tiles, and all extend to terraces with private heated pools. All have fully fitted kitchens, and two bathrooms, each with separate baths and showers. Amenities include satellite television, direct-dial phones, Internet access, CD players, and hair dryers.
